Barcelona are working on the second edition of the 'Matchday' series after the first series was released at the end of November.
This documentary, produced by Rakuten and Gerard Pique's company, showed unpublished scenes of the Barcelona players in the dressing room and the team on their travels.
It was the first time Barcelona had allowed cameras to be present for a season, however things did not go to plan in the first edition from the club's perspective.
Some players did not like the fact that some of the videos appeared, and they complained that all of the material was not reviewed in order to prevent the content from creating controversy.
For this reason, no player attended the documentary's premiere in Barcelona.
The problems regarding the second series is that the Barcelona players do not want scenes from the dressing room to be recorded, something that is fundamental for the viewer.
One of the most controversial scenes from the first edition came when the players argued with former head coach Ernesto Valverde about going out to party in New York.
Many members of the squad didn't like that this appeared in the final piece and that's why they didn't go to the premiere.
