Manchester United midfielder Nemanja Matic has revealed he is uncertain about what lies ahead in the January transfer window.
The 31-year-old has six months remaining on his Red Devils contract but he has admitted to being open to a move away from Old Trafford next month.
The Serbian has made just eight club appearances this season, but did make his first Premier League start of the campaign during United's 2-0 win at Burnley.
Matic told the Telegraf: 'I don't know what to say. I have a contract for another six months, we'll see in January what's going to happen.
'Will I extend the contract or try to find something else?'
'United have some option to extend my contract, but we will see if the plans of the club match my plans. I couldn't say anything more because I don't really know either.'
According to Sky Sport Italia, Atletico Madrid are among the clubs interested in the Serbia international.
Matic has provided three goals and four assists in 95 appearances since joining United from Chelsea in July 2017.
