Konstantinos Mavropanos has urged his West Ham team-mates to keep fighting in their quest to avoid Premier League relegation after their defeat to Arsenal.

The Hammers lost 1-0 to the Premier League leaders on Sunday after Leandro Trossard's winner, and were dealt a late blow when Callum Wilson saw a stoppage-time equaliser ruled out by a VAR review.
West Ham's survival hopes were boosted on Monday when Tottenham were held to a 1-1 draw by Leeds United, meaning Nuno Espirito Santo's side are just two points off safety with two games to go.
West Ham travel to Newcastle United next before Spurs' trip to Chelsea, and Mavropanos believes the Hammers must keep grinding away in their last two fixtures.
"Our performance [against Arsenal] was really good from all the guys, we were just unlucky in the last situation," he said.
"It's a tough moment for us because of our performance. I don't think we deserved what we got on Sunday. It's difficult, but the only thing we have to do is keep working for the last few games and then we'll see where we'll be.
"From our side we just have to keep going and perform as we did on Sunday because we showed a great performance and this is what we have to do in the last few games as well.
"In the other games [we have still to play], the only thing we have to do is keep working like we do, working with each other we can get the best results from the last two games and after that, we will see where we will be."

Newcastle, meanwhile, drew 1-1 with Nottingham Forest last time out, with former Magpie Elliot Anderson netting a late equaliser for the Tricky Trees.
Anthony Gordon was an unused substitute for the second consecutive game after returning from injury, and Eddie Howe hinted towards a summer exit for the winger.
"It was tactical," Howe told BBC Radio Newcastle when asked about Gordon's situation. "The team has performed well in Anthony's absence.
"Obviously, we have gone with a bit more solidity with Joelinton playing wide and one winger the other side just to try and strengthen us defensively, because we weren't happy with how we were defending.
"Since January, really, we have been disappointed – so a change of structure really. Ant has come back to fitness. He's training well but, also, I'm looking at the future as well."
PLAYERS TO WATCH
Newcastle United – Harvey Barnes
Harvey Barnes has been involved in 21 goals in all competitions for Newcastle this season (16 goals, five assists), second only to Gordon.
It's his most goals scored in a season in his career in English football, while only in 2021-22 with Leicester City has he been involved in more (24 – 11 goals, 13 assists).
West Ham – Tomas Soucek
Tomas Soucek has scored more Premier League goals against Newcastle than he has versus any other opponent (five).
He's also one goal or assist away from being only the second Czech player to register 50 goal involvements in the Premier League (41 goals, eight assists) after Patrik Berger (38 goals, 31 assists).
MATCH PREDICTION – NEWCASTLE UNITED WIN
Newcastle lost this exact fixture 2-0 last season but have not lost consecutive home league games against West Ham since between February and October 1998.
West Ham, meanwhile, are looking to complete just their third Premier League double over Newcastle, after 1998-99 and 2018-19.
Newcastle have dropped more points from winning positions than any other side in the Premier League this season (27), while also gaining fewer points from behind than anyone else (three).
The Magpies have kept just one clean sheet in their last 14 Premier League games, a 1-0 win at Chelsea back in March.
However, West Ham have lost 3-0 against Brentford and 1-0 against Arsenal in their last two Premier League games. They last lost three in a row without scoring in February 2024.
