Milan are still keen on signing Merih Demiral, but Juventus are demanding €40m for the defender.
Gianluca Di Marzio reports Milan’s interest is real and talks are ongoing between them and Juve at the request of new boss Marco Giampaolo.
However, Di Marzio warns the Bianconeri have come in at €40m.
Alternatively, the Rossoneri could negotiate a loan with an option to buy – as long as the Old Lady retain a first option of their own for the 21-year-old.
The Turkey international recently joined Juve for €18m after a successful loan spell at Sassuolo.
