Takumi Minamino joins a long list of Liverpool stars that all have have their own song - despite not playing a single minute for the Reds.

Minamino is set to officially become a Liverpool player on January 1st when the winter transfer window opens.

But some Reds fans have hedged their bets by already creating a song for the attacking midfielder.

Following last night's tremendous success against Leicester , which saw Liverpool soar to a 4-0 victory, fans returning home from King Power Stadium penned a new song.

To the tune of ABBA's Mamma Mia, fans sing: "Woah woah. Minamino here we go again. Hard line, Salzburg shouldn't have let you go."

Minamino joins the likes of Steven Gerrard, Luis Suarez, Fernando Torres, Luis Garcia, Jamie Carragher, Virgil Van Dijk and Roberto Firmino - all of whom have their own great songs.

The Japan international signed for Liverpool on December 19 2019 and a deal was done swiftly thanks to a £7.25m buy-out clause in his contract.

Minamino will not be eligible to play in the home game against Sheffield United on January 2nd due to Premier League registration rules.

But the 24-year-old could feature in the FA Cup clash against Everton three days later.

Jurgen Klopp now looks to extend his 13-point Premier League lead as his team face Wolverhampton Wanderers on Sunday.
