Brighton winger Kaoru Mitoma scored his seventh league goal of the season at home against Brentford, setting a new record for the most goals scored by a Japanese player in a season in the Premier League.
He took a long pass from the goalkeeper, got behind the opposition defence, and shoot on the left side of the penalty area with right foot to score the equaliser when the ball float over the head of Brentford goalkeeper.
Mitoma also reached a total of ten goals at all tournamets this season, equalling the previous record of six set by Shinji Kagawa at Manchester United (season 12-13) and Shinji Okazaki at Leicester (season 17-18). He extended his record of goals or assists in an match to six in a row.
