Moise Kean hints at a permanent move to PSG

Moise Kean could complete a permanent transfer to Paris Saint-Germain after stating how 'happy' he is at the club.

Kean joined the Ligue 1 champions on a season-long loan after a miserable spell on Merseyside and claims he is thrilled to be playing alongside the likes of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe.

The 20-year-old struggled to find his feet at Everton, scoring four times in 37 appearances. Whereas, since he arrived at PSG, Kean has scored seven goals in 12 outings.

When asked about his future at the club ahead of PSG's Champions League clash with Istanbul Basaksehir on Tuesday, Kean said: 'I am very happy with my performance with PSG.

'It's a very good thing to play for one of the biggest clubs in the world.

'I am focused on bringing good results. For the future, we'll see, you never know.'

The Italian arrived at Goodison Park during the summer of 2019 from Juventus for a fee of £27.5million and signed a five-year contract.

However, the form of Dominic Calvert-Lewin meant it was almost impossible for Kean to break into Everton's starting XI.

As a result, he endured some tough times at the club - including the moment he was infamously hauled off after 19 minutes by caretaker boss Duncan Ferguson at Old Trafford last season.

Subsequently, Kean looked to rehabilitate his career at the Parc de Princes as the French champions look to win their eighth league crown in nine seasons.

Kean admitted to idolising both Neymar and Mbappe and claims he is using their experience to better himself.

He said: 'I have the opportunity to learn a lot from them,' he said. 'They are two of the greatest players in the world.

'I am very happy to play with them. I learn a lot from these leaders.'

Kean is also thrilled about the prospect of lining up alongside Icardi when he returns to action.

The forward said: 'He's injured, but for me, he's one of the biggest strikers in the world.

'I'm looking to give my best for the team, but his return will be good competition. I will still try to give myself 100 per cent.'
