Barnsley's 6ft 5ins targetman Kieffer Moore is wanted by Sunderland and Bristol City.
Moore has been in excellent form this season proving a handful for League One defences with 16 goals in 28 games, including one against Rochdale on Saturday.
The 26-year-old joined from Rotherham in 2017 for £750,000 and is now valued at £4million.
Barnsley hope that price will deter suitors as they look to keep him until at least the end of the season with promotion back to the Championship in their sights.
The Oakwell club have also rejected an approach from Brentford for highly-rated 25-year-old centre-back Ethan Pinnock.
