It is set to be a busy end to the transfer window for Alvaro Morata, with the striker closing in on a loan move to Atletico Madrid.
Morata, who has struggled for consistency since joining Chelsea in 2017, is heading back to Spain for an 18-month loan deal after Gonzalo Higuain made the switch to Stamford Bridge on a temporary basis.
While he waits for the move to go through, Morata is making the most of his time off, relaxing at home with his wife Alice Campello.
Bizarrely, despite it almost being the end of January, the couple's Christmas tree is still up, with Morata remarking 'Apparently it's here until summer'.
Morata is poised to return to Atletico, where he started his career as an academy player.
The Spaniard also had two spells in Madrid with Real, for whom he played between 2008 and 2014 and then 2016 and 2017.
During his time at Chelsea Morata has mustered 24 goals in 72 appearances, while his contract at the club runs until the summer of 2022.
Morata's most recent appearance for Chelsea came on January 5, when he hit a brace in the FA Cup victory over Nottingham Forest.
