Newcastle assistant manager Jason Tindall was once again at the centre of attention after their crucial win over Brighton.
The Magpies took a step closer to securing Champions League football next season with a 4-1 win over Roberto De Zerbi's side at St James' Park.
As they have done on many occasion this season, the Newcastle squad took a celebration photo after the game, with Tindall appearing at the front.
The 45-year-old, who also worked with Howe at Bournemouth, has received a lot of criticism on social media recently.
In January, an unknown football fan called their Twitter profile 'Jason Tindall desperate to be the centre of attention' and started to post memes.
Nicknamed 'Mad Dog' for his sideline behaviour, Tindall has since gone viral for his 'attention-seeking' antics.
The Twitter page has posted images of Tindall pushing to shake hands with opposition managers before Howe.
He also appears to be the first person to greet players after they have been substituted and is often seen in interviews with Howe.
The club responded again on Friday by tweeting a picture of Tindall on the sidelines alongside Howe with the caption 'Team'.
Howe himself, when asked about Tindall's love for the limelight last week, suggested that his long-term lieutenant has an 'energetic personality'.
He said: 'We've spent the last half hour having a laugh with him about certain things he's been sent. It's crazy how social media can create these things.
'He's a good looking guy so when people take pictures of him he gives off a good smile. He's an energetic personality and definitely more extrovert than I am - that's why we work well together but at his core he's a serious coach and he wants to be successful.
'He has his roles and responsibilities and he does those very well. I've heard this Mad Dog nickname and to be fair we have started to call him that now so we have good fun in the coaches' room about it.'
Newcastle thrashed Brighton thanks to goals from Dan Burn, Callum Wilson and Bruno Guimaraes after Seagulls striker Deniz Undav found the back of his own net.
Howe's side remain third in the Premier League, three points ahead of fourth-placed Manchester United ahead of the penultimate weekend of the season.
A win against Leicester on Monday night will see Newcastle return to the Champions League for the first time since the 2002-03 campaign.
