Norwich City are in discussions over a deal for Luxembourg winger Danel Sinani.
The 22-year-old is out of contract with his club F91 Dudelange in the summer and could join on a pre-contract if a transfer is not completed this week.
While the Canaries are notoriously not known to be big spenders, their precarious position at the bottom of the Premier League has forced Daniel Farke to look to bring in additions in the winter window.
Sinani is a Serbia born left winger and has scored 11 goals in 12 league games this season to top the scoring charts in Luxembourg and added a further nine in the Europa League.
Norwich have already secured the signings of Lukas Rupp from Hoffenheim for £450,000 and Ondrej Duda from Hoffenheim on loan until the end of the season.
Sinani has 21 international caps for Luxembourg and is believed to have been closely scouted by sporting director Stewart Webber.
The Canaries will hope to get the deal concluded this week ahead of an important Premier League against Newcastle.
