OFFICIAL: AC Milan bid farewell to the 35-year-old Kyle Walker
AC Milan officially posted an update, announcing the farewell to Kyle Walker, who was on loan from Manchester City, and that it will not exercise the buyout clause for him.
AC Milan shared a farewell poster for Walker. The poster has the words “Thank you, Kyle” on it, and is accompanied by the message: “Glad to have met you, Kyle.”
Walker joined on loan last season and, as a defender, played AC Milan in 34 matches. His loan deal included a buyout clause of 5 million euros, but it was not triggered.
The 35-year-old Walker will return to Manchester City. His existing contract with Manchester City has one year remaining.
