20-year-old midfielder Ryan Gravenberch joins Bayern from Ajax

FC Bayern have now announced the signing of Gravenberch. Contract until June 2027, fee around €25m add ons included plus 7% sell-on clause.
Gravenberch was born on the 16th of May, 2002 in Amsterdam. He came into the youth academy of Ajax in 2010 and made his debut in the first team on September 23, 2018 against PSV. The youth graduate played 103 official matches for Ajax wherein he scored twelve goals.
The twenty-year-old became Eredivisie champions three times, in 2019, 2021 and 2022. Two times he won the national double, winning the league title and the KNVB Cup. In 2019, Gravenberch also won the Super Cup or Johan Cruyff Shield.
