Burnley have finally reached full agreement to sign Soumaila Coulibaly from Borussia Dortmund. This has become a done deal.
The player move to Burnley on a loan — but it will include mandatory buy option clause, so the permanent transfer will be in 2024 with fee around £15m in total package.
