Chelsea have completed the signing of Mike Penders from KRC Genk, with the goalkeeper immediately going back on loan next summer.
Deal done weeks ago with Genk for €20m package as revealed, now made official and formally sealed.
2005 born GK will stay at Genk on loan this season.
