The Greece international moves to Roma on a season-long loan.
Tsimikas joined the Reds from Olympiakos for £11.7m in the summer of 2020 and has made 115 appearances for the club.
He hasn't featured for Liverpool this season.
Tsimikas, 29, has a deal with Liverpool to 2027.
