'Oh my days!' - Jesse Lingard works up a sweat in Dubai heat

Jesse Lingard is back approaching full fitness after a recent hamstring injury, and he has now headed to Dubai with a coach to continue his rehabilitation.

Rather than busting a gut in the murky Manchester weather, the England man instead opted to head to warmer climes during the international break.

Posting two videos on his Instagram story from the Nad Al Sheba Sports Complex, Lingard was seen working up a sweat, even exclaiming 'oh my days' at what the coach was putting him through in Dubai.

He only landed in the UAE in the early hours of Tuesday, but was quickly out on the bike, before doing some more cardio work with his trainer.

The complex Lingard is at is a popular haunt for Premier League footballers, and the entire Bournemouth squad are currently at the same location on a warm-weather training camp.

Lingard would usually be on international duty with England at this time of the season, but a recent hamstring injury has curtailed his progress slightly.

Rather than push himself after missing four games through injury, Lingard and United have instead opted for him to skip England's two Euro 2020 qualifiers this week.

The 26-year-old was fit enough to start against Wolves in the FA Cup last weekend, playing 86 minutes of the 2-1 defeat at Molineux.

Meanwhile, back in England Nemanja Matic was another of United's players enjoying some time off.

He also played 86 minutes at the weekend, but opted to pull out of Serbia's two upcoming matches against Germany and Portugal with injury.

Instead of heading on a plane, he went to London and dined at Gola Restaurant in west London, close to the home of his old club Chelsea.
