Former Manchester United goalkeeper Peter Schmeichel paid tribute to his son Kaspar after he kept a clean sheet in Leicester's 9-0 romp at Southampton - drawing level with his own record at the Red Devils.

Schmeichel Sr and his son are now the only two goalkeepers who have kept a clean sheet in a 9-0 win.
Peter achieved the feat after Manchester United put nine past Ipswich Town in 1995 - then the biggest win in top flight history, now levelled by Leicester.
And Schmeichel took to Twitter to congratulate Kaspar after he matched his own record, posting: 'What a fantastic performance by @kschmeichel1 and his @lcfc team for winning 9-0 at Southampton.

'If anyone had to equal our @ManUtd record from 94/95 I'm proud and glad that it was you.'
Kaspar's Leicester boss Brendan Rodgers also took time to congratulate his goalkeeper after the thrashing despite not being a goalscoring presence.
'Kasper is really happy, The only other keeper to have a nine was his father,' he said after the game.
Leicester's record-breaking trouncing of the Saints got going with just ten minutes played through defender Ben Chilwell's strike, before Yuri Tielemans and Perez helped the side race into a 3-0 lead. A second from Perez and Vardy's first took the rout to 5-0 at the interval.
Perez soon grabbed his hat-trick for 6-0 in the second period before Vardy's second and a superb James Maddison free kick racked up a stunning eight.
With the final kick of the game, Vardy slotted away a penalty to grab his own hat-trick and wrap up the heavy scoreline.
