Everton and England goalkeeper Jordan Pickford was seen parking his £160,000 car in a disabled bay in Manchester City centre.

The 25 year-old was pictured parking his Lamborghini Urus at the Trafford Centre in Manchester on Wednesday.

Pickford, who earns £60,000 a week, emerged from the car in a grey tracksuit after parking in a clearly marked disabled bay and returned to the car around an hour later.

A statement from intu, owner of the shopping complex, said: 'We closely monitor the car park to minimise the misuse of our accessible parking bays.'

Pickford, who played a starring role as England reached the semi-finals of the World Cup 2018 in Russia, joined Everton in a £30million deal in 2017.

The former Sunderland keeper was involved in an altercation outside a bar in his home town last month following the club's Checkatrade Trophy final defeat by Portsmouth at Wembley Stadium.

He was consequently warned about his behaviour by Toffees manager Marco Silva.

'We have a disciplinary process inside the club, not just for Jordan but for all the players and they know what the rules are,' said Silva.

'Everything was clear to them from the first moment they joined our club and so everything was easy to decide.

'I don't have doubts, the club don't have doubts and Jordan doesn't have doubts about the situation.'
