There was a relaxed atmosphere at France's Clairefontaine training base on Monday as the world champions began preparations for the start of their Euro 2020 qualifying campaign.
Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba and PSG frontman Kylian Mbappe were seen laughing their way through the session, while Atletico Madrid striker Antoine Griezmann also wore a wide smile on his face.
There was a decent crowd of fans in attendance and Pogba delighted one group of them by posing for a selfie.
Mbappe, Samuel Umtiti, Raphael Varane also took time out of their workout to pose for pictures with supporters.
The weather in northern France was damp and uninspiring but that did not suppress the positive feeling. Even coach Didier Deschamps joined in the photocall, albeit from under the protection of an umbrella.
Deschamps and his side will be expected to claim six points from their opening two qualifiers.
Les Bleus kick-off their campaign with a trip to Moldova on Friday night before taking on Iceland at the Stade de France three days later.
