Yerry Mina's time at Barcelona didn't go to plan but former captainCarles Puyol has defended the Colombian's shortcomings at the Camp Nou.
Puyol, who spent 15 years at the heart of the Catalans' defence, says that settling in at the club isn't as straightforward as it perhaps seems.
"Succeeding at Barcelona isn't easy," Puyol said at the Champions League Trophy Tour in Indonesia, an event he was involved with as an ambassador for Heineken.
"It's not easy to go there and adapt. You have to have time and you have players like [Gerard] Pique and [Samuel] Umtiti in front of you.
"I wish Mina good luck. Things like that happen and it's not always easy."
