Marcus Rashford proved his bromance with Jesse Lingard was alive and well as he joined up with his Manchester United team-mate on holiday in Miami.

The pair were pictured together at the five-star Fontainebleau Miami Beach hotel in the United States as they enjoy time off after the World Cup.

Lingard posted an Instagram story on Wednesday featuring Rashford with the caption: 'Beans, beans, beans' in reference to the young striker's nickname.

Lingard's friend Sunny was also at the resort and wrote on Instagram: 'Marcus Rashford has arrived.'

This is not the first time the pair have taken a holiday together. Last summer, they posed for a poolside picture on another trip to Miami.

Lingard and Rashford are known to have a very close relationship after coming through the Old Trafford ranks together.

Rashford made one start and five substitute appearances for England this summer as Gareth Southgate's side reached the World Cup semi-final.

He and the rest of the club's have been allowed to miss the early part of United's pre-season tour of the United States as they recover from their exploits in Russia.

In their absence, Jose Mourinho's side beat AC Milan 9-8 on penalties in Los Angeles on Thursday morning in the International Champions Cup.

Former Liverpool man Suso cancelled out an early goal from Alexis Sanchez as the Premier League side were held to a 1-1 draw in 90 minutes.

A mammoth 26 penalties were then taken during the shootout at the Rose Bowl, with stand-in goalkeeper Joel Pereira scoring a penalty and saving from Suso and Fabio Borini.

Ander Herrera eventually put his side into the lead in sudden death, with AC Milan midfielder Franck Kessie then comically missing to hand United the win.

The Red Devils play rivals Liverpool next up in Michigan on Saturday.
