Real Sociedad reach agreement with Everton to loan Sandro Ramirez

Real Sociedad have reached an agreement with Everton to loan their Spanish striker, Sandro Ramirez, for the rest of this season. This is according to the club's president, Jokin Aperribay.

Aperribay said a move for Sandro was "quite close" to being completed because there's already an agreement in place between Real Sociedad and Everton, as well as with the player who will arrive tomorrow "all being well".

He also pointed out that there was no option to buy included in the loan deal. Aperribay believes that if Sandro arrives, La Real won't need to sign any more strikers this summer.

However, Real Sociedad's president was quick to shoot down suggestions the incorporation of Sandro would see Jon Bautista leave. The young academy striker will stay at the club and the only transfer La Real are looking at is a new centre back.

Aperribay is confident the ongoing work at Anoeta was progressing well and, should nothing change, they will be able to host Barcelona in the fourth gameweek.
