England stepped up their preparations ahead of their Nations League semi-final clash with Holland on Thursday.

Gareth Southgate's side face the Dutch outfit on June 6 and were at St George's Park plotting the downfall of Ronald Koeman's men.

Jesse Lingard and Nathan Redmond were in good spirits as they showed off their handshake on the training ground.

Jordan Pickford and Tom Heaton sat on an inflatable during their goalkeeping drills.

West Ham midfielder Declan Rice attempted a shot on goal during the intense session.

The England boss is facing a selection dilemma ahead of the game in Portugal as Liverpool, Tottenham, Chelsea and Arsenal will have all played in European finals before the match.

Jurgen Klopp's side face Spurs in the Champions League final on June 1 - just five days before England play Ronald Koeman's men.

The Gunners played Maurizio Sarri's team in the Europa League final on Wednesday - only Chelsea's Ross Barkley is in the England squad out of these two sides, however.

But Liverpool's Joe Gomez, Jordan Henderson and Trent Alexander-Arnold are in Spain and have been selected by Southgate.

Tottenham's Dele Alli, Eric Dier and Harry Kane will also be in Madrid five days prior to the Nations League match.
