Reinier bids farewell to Brazil: I will always be a Flamengo boy

New Real Madrid signing Reinier Jesus has official said goodbye to Flamengo in a video shared on the Brazilian club's social media accounts.

The midfielder completed his move to Los Blancos on January 20 after turning 18 years old, though his arrival in the Spanish capital was delayed as he successfully helped Brazil's under-23s reach the Olympic Games in Tokyo.

"I will always be a Flamengo boy," Reinier says, amongst other things.

Reinier will play for Raul Gonzalez's Castilla for the second half of the season as he looks to help propel them towards the playoffs in the Segunda Division B.
