Mo Salah, Andy Robertson and Trent Alexander-Arnold resembled somewhat of a boy band as they took to the pool for a recovery session following Liverpool's 3-1 win over Benfica on Tuesday.

The Liverpool trio were full of smiles as they posed for a photo after dismantling Nelson Verissimo's side at the Estadio da Luz in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final.
With their next game just around the corner, Jurgen Klopp's men were seen flushing out their legs and preparing for their Premier League clash with Manchester City on Sunday.

Salah shared a picture of himself standing alongside Robertson and Alexander-Arnold in the pool on Wednesday morning. He captioned the picture: 'Recovery time'.
The Egyptian international was seen smiling despite his recent goal drought. As it stands, Salah has not scored a goal in open play since February 19 against Norwich.
The three goals that have followed since came against Leeds (two) and Brighton - but they were all from the penalty spot, the last at the Amex Stadium being on March 12.
He had hoped to add to his tally against Benfica on Tuesday night, however, it was not meant to be. Instead it was Ibrahima Konate, Sadio Mane and Luis Diaz who found the back of the net to secure Liverpool's 3-1 victory.

Robertson and Alexander-Arnold played an important role in the Champions League fixture at the Estadio da Luz.
Robertson provided the assist for Konate's opener - having found the 28-year-old in the 17th-minute of the game with a corner.
While, Alexander-Arnold was to thank for the second goal after delivering a diagonal pass to Diaz, who set up Mane.
Liverpool will now turn their attention to Sunday as they are set to face Manchester City in a top of the table clash.
With just one point separating the top two Premier League sides, Sunday's result could have a huge impact on the title race.
