Khalid Al Khudair of the Saudi Media Group has launched a jibe at Arsenal.
The Saudi Media Group were among the contenders to purchase Chelsea but their bid was rejected.
Al Khudair, a Chelsea supporter, was then asked on Twitter whether he would attempt to buy Arsenal from Stan Kroenke.
Al Khudair responded by saying: 'Maybe if it was a charity case'.
After the Saudi Media Group's bid for Chelsea was rejected, Al Khudair was left disappointed but he stressed that he will always be a Blues fan.
He wrote on Twitter: 'We did our best, dissapointed, but we will continue to bleed #blue'.
The consortium led by Todd Boehly have made the shortlist of preferred bidders to buy Chelsea.
In addition, the group led by Sir Martin Broughton and Lord Coe are also understood to be on the shortlist.
Roman Abramovich's sales advisers have dismissed several bidders from the process, with the Saudi Media Group among those to miss out.
New York Jets owner Woody Johnson and Turkish businessman Muhsin Bayrak also failed to make it to the next stage.
British property developer Nick Candy is among the contenders to buy Chelsea, as are the Ricketts Family, who own the Chicago Cubs baseball franchise.
