Six months ago, the biggest transfer in Serie A this decade was finalised: Ronaldo joined Juventus.

The Portuguese star signed for Juventus for €110m from Real Madrid and has settled in quickly in Serie A. In 18 Serie A starts and 1 substitute appearance, he has scored 14 goals and assisted a further five. He has a pass accuracy of around 85.3% and has won 5 Serie A man of the match awards in his time in Turin.
In the Champions League, Ronaldo has scored 1 in 5 matches with 2 assists. He has been a great addition to Juventus' side and it speaks volumes as he constantly wins the team points on his own.
Despite the fact this team has won four consecutive league-and-cup doubles while reaching two European finals, anything less than ultimate glory could well be viewed as a failure when seen through the prism of Ronaldo’s eye popping annual salary.
It has been 23-years since Juventus last claimed a Champions League triumph, and ending that drought was arguably the biggest driving force behind their move to sign him last summer. But for now, both on the field and off it, the effects of signing Cristiano Ronaldo show no sign of abating.
