According to Romano and multiple other media outlets, Guglielmo Vicario hopes to transfer to a Serie A team this summer, no matter under which conditions. Romano in his video confirmed that "Vicario is high on Inter's list".
“Vicario is very high on Inter’s list,” Romano said in his video on specilation around the Italian goalkeeper.
“There is total openness from Vicario towards Inter. He’s fully open to joining the Inter project.”
Vicario was already close to joining Inter in 2023 when he eventually moved to North London from Empoli.
Aside from Inter, Juventus and Roma are also watching developments of this potential transfer. While Yann Sommer is expected to leave San Siro at the end of his contract in June, Inter has placed a new goalkeeper as their top priority during the summer transfer window.
Vicario has kept 13 clean sheets in 36 Tottenham appearances this season, conceding 48 goals.
He’s Italy’s second-choice goalkeeper with five international appearances under his belt.
