Juventus goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny has found himself as the Italian champions' number one between the sticks after the departure of club legend Gianluigi Buffon.
The Pole had eight years at Arsenal making 132 league appearances for the Gunners as well as having a two-year spell out on loan with Roma.
The 28-year-old has played with some of football's greats most notably Francesco Totti and Cristiano Ronaldo.
Szczesny has never been one to shy away from an opinion and the ex-Arsenal goalkeeper lived up to his reputation in a recent interview with Polish YouTube channel, Foot Truck.
It seems that no ex-teammate of Szczesny's failed to leave an impression with the Juventus man and some opinions were nicer than others.
Robin van Persie's controversial move to Manchester United certainly wasn't received well amongst the Arsenal faithful and Szczesny summed up how fans were feeling.
"You have to admit, he left to MU and next year won a title, but year after that he got benched, moved to Turkey and his big career ended.
"He could have made other decisions and achieve lots more at Arsenal. He's extremely arrogant - sometimes."
The six feet five man then went on to talk about Santi Cazorla. The injury prone Spaniard has rejuvenated his career at Villarreal but had to endure a torrid time at Arsenal, despite only playing 180 games in six seasons he left quite the first impression according to Szczesny.
"We were on the camp, in Germany, Cologne and Santi joined us, first training session, we played small games . After training guys gave a big applause for Arsene for bringing Cazorla. Slow, small, one of the best I played with."
We all know about Jack Wilshere's talents, however the 27-year-old was also plagued with injuries while at the club before eventually making the reluctant switch to West Ham in 2018.
Szczesny did acknowledge his talent but also highlighted his tendency to produce drunken antics.
"My best friend, next to Krychowiak. At my wedding he got so drunk. we were looking for him everywhere for 2 hours and found him sleeping in bushes.
One injury, never fully cured caused next and then next. One of the greatest talent i met. Because of injuries he now plays in West Ham not big European club."
Being a former Arsenal player, when asked what Szczesny thought about the Gunners record goalscorer Thierry Henry, the response was not surprising.
"The best player in Arsenal history. The best player in Premier League History. Very demanding especially for youngsters.
"Guys always said they were afraid of him in trainings. When you failed pass, he got pissed and let you know he's not happy with you very vocally. Great guy"
The Pole went on to express his opinion of polarizing figure Nicklas Bendtner, who had an indifferent nine years in London. Despite the Dane being in the headline in England for a plethora of negative reasons, Szczesny nearer saw any signs that Bendtner would act so irresponsibly.
" One of the most intelligent guys I played with. You see Nick, well-organized, neat, in-form, seems everything is going great for him, next day you open newspaper and read - Drunk Bendtner driving wrong way and you are like WTF. I dont know, guy with 2 personalities. The most confident guy I played with."
