Liverpool midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai has joined his teammates in paying tribute to Diogo Jota after the Portuguese forward’s tragic passing.
“Words cannot describe how heartbroken and devastated we are,” Szoboszlai wrote. “Your smile, your love for the game will never be forgotten. We will miss you so much, but you will stay with us forever, on and off the pitch.”
The Hungarian international also sent his condolences to Jota’s loved ones: “Our thoughts and prayers are with your family. Rest in peace, brother.”
