Spurs were forced to move the match to Milton Keynes after delays to their new stadium, with Wembley unavailable after Anthony Joshua's fight on Saturday.
To make the stadium more homely, Spurs have put up branded banners around the ground and in the tunnel.
Watford initially wanted the tie 'reversed' and held at Vicarage Road, but instead a crowd of 20,000 is expected for the game held 50 miles outside of London.
