Victor Wanyama has been linked with a transfer move away from Tottenham Hotspur in January.

According to The Sun, the Kenyan captain is one of the four Tottenham players, who Mauricio Pochettino is keen to sell in January. The 27-year-old has seen his first team chances limited following a spate of injuries, and it has emerged that Tottenham are keen to ‘offload’ him, alongside Danny Rose, Toby Alderweireld and Mousa Dembele.

The 27-year-old joined Spurs from Southampton in the summer of 2016, for a fee believed to be in the region of £11 million, and he has since gone on to chalk up 76 appearances in all competitions.

With Rose, Alderweireld and Wanyama all valued at around £50m while Dembele can go for around £20m plus, the North Londoners are aiming to raise transfer funds of £170m.

A number of top European clubs are keen to sign Wanyama among them, Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool an AS Roma.
