Tottenham have interest from Napoli in French midfielder Tanguy Ndombele. Talks are continuing with Valencia to loan out Bryan Gil while Villarreal are advancing on a deal for Giovani Lo Celso.

All three players are not part of manager Antonio Conte's Premier League squad and the club will look to move them on before the end of the transfer window.

Ndombele joined Spurs in 2019 for a club record fee of £55million, but after initially impressing has fallen down the pecking order and spent last season on loan at Lyon.

Bryan Gil arrived as part of the deal that took Erik Lamela to Seville in 2021, but after playing just nine league games for Spurs he was loaned out to Valencia in January and the Spanish club are keen on recruiting him back on loan.

Argentinian Giovani Lo Celso also arrived in 2019, but spent last season on loan at Villarreal and could be heading back to the Spanish club on a permanent deal.

There also could be further departures at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for Harry Winks and Sergio Reguilon.

Spurs have had a busy summer in the transfer market, having bought in six new faces to the club in Ivan Perisic, Yves Bissouma, Clement Lenglet, Richarlison Djed Spence and Fraser Forster.

They have also seen departures in Steven Bergwijn's move to Ajax and Joe Rondon's season-long loan at Nice.

Antonio Conte's men got off to the perfect start on Saturday, beating Southampton 4-1 in their season opener - their biggest opening day win since 1986.
