Rangers are making a move for Tottenham teen Mikey Moore.
The 17-year-old has his breakthrough season last term under former manager Ange Postecoglou.
Rather than keep him with the squad this campaign, new manager Thomas Frank has approved the midfielder moving out on-loan.
And the Telegraph says Russell Martin's Rangers are favourites to land Moore ahead of Championship club interest.
Moore has been left out of Tottenham's Asian tour squad this month in order to seek a loan move away.
