Barcelona CEO Mateu Alemany was asked about the club's push to sign Manchester City forward Ferran Torres and, while he intimated that there is interest, he recognised that they must first get rid of some players.

"We have a lot of homework to do, the first thing is to adhere to financial fair play rules in order to be able to sign [players]," Alemany told Movistar.

"There have to be departures and actions to adhere to fair play. It is clear who we want, although I will not say it."
