Gundogan has played only 11 minutes this season since joining Galatasaray. According to Turkish media outlet Sözcu, Galatasaray's management is considering squad adjustments and intends to sell three players, including Gundogan, during the winter transfer window.
Alongside Gundogan, former Schalke players Ayhan and Singo are also on the list. The 31-year-old Ayhan, who was born in Gelsenkirchen, has played only one minute this season and was excluded from the team's Champions League squad. Singo, a 25-year-old defender, has the most playing time among the three, though still just 41 minutes.
Reporter Ibrahim Cetin revealed that all three players have been placed on an internal "blacklist." He also discussed possible next destinations for Gundogan. According to him, the former Manchester City and Barcelona midfielder could be attracted to Major League Soccer or Saudi Pro League teams.
