Manchester United are reportedly making contingency plans in the event their move for Leicester centre back Harry Maguire falls through.
Talks are ongoing between the clubs with Leicester's £85million valuation the obvious hurdle as United look to strike a compromise closer to £75m.
In the event a deal does not materialise, however, United have identified Monaco defender Benoit Badiashile, according to L'Equipe.
French newspaper L'Equipe also report that United have been monitoring the 18-year-old, who has progressed through the club's academy, for a couple of years.
And a move for the France Under-19 international would certainly be in-keeping with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's policy of recruiting youth summer.
