According to Mirror, Raphael Varane is ready to reject a summer switch to Manchester United to sign for Juventus instead.
The Real Madrid defender has been strongly linked with a move to Old Trafford. However, the Red Devils face competition for his signature from some of Europe's elite.
It has emerged that Varane is edging closer to a move to Juventus after the 25-year-old reportedly informed Madrid of his decision to leave the Bernanbeu at the end of the season.
Madrid manager Zidane has denied Varane is unsettled, and instead states the centre-back couldn't be happier.
"I can tell you he is very happy here, has been here eight years, has done phenomenal so far," Zidane said.
"I don’t see him as people have said recently, he looks happy and committed in what he is doing."
