Incoming Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario has admitted that he is 'living the dream' as he closes in on a £17million move to Spurs.
Ange Postecoglou is set to receive his first signing since arriving from Celtic, with the 26-year-old set to arrive from Empoli this summer.
Taking to Instagram, Vicario posted a picture with the caption '#LivingTheDream'.
While Vicario is yet to be announced as a Spurs player, it is highly expected that he will arrive soon.
Mailsport previously revealed that he was due to be in London this weekend to undergo a medical ahead of signing a five-year contract.
Spurs had previously been in talks for Brentford's David Raya but were reluctant to meet the £40million valuation for the Spaniard.
Postecoglou is also said to be targetting a move for James Maddison, with Spurs gaining confidence over a deal for the relegated star.
Spurs have been searching for a goalkeeper this summer, with Hugo Lloris' future up in the air.
Vicario appears to be their man, with Empoli's number one clearly excited by the move to London.
While yet to be capped for Italy, Vicario was part of their latest squad and could be in line for his debut after an impressive season.
It remains to be seen as to when an official announcement will happen, but Spurs are set for a new number one next season.
