French teenager Warren Zaire-Emery will make football history on Saturday night by becoming the youngest international to play for the national team.

At 17 years, eight months and 11 days, he will break the post-war record set by Eduardo Camavinga, when he starts for France against Gibraltar in their UEFA Euro 2024 qualifier.
Zaire-Emery is a product of the Paris Saint-Germain academy and made his debut for the club in August 2022, becoming PSG's youngest-ever place.
He has since gone on to become the club's youngest-ever goal-scorer and the youngest player in UEFA Champions League history to start a knockout phase match.
This season has seen the midfielder become a key player in Luis Enrique's team, and has already appeared 15 times for the Paris club, scoring twice.

France have already qualified for next summer's Euros, and sit six points clear of the Netherlands in Group B and ahead of this week's game coach Didier Deschamps spoke to reporters about selecting Zaire-Emery.
He said: 'It's been a busy week for Warren, especially on the outside! Warren is Warren, with his tranquillity. There's a lot of talk about him, which was already the case with his club, but it's taking on a little more importance with the national team.
He stays focused on the pitch. He's a natural. If he doesn't start tomorrow, he'll definitely become an international anyway.
'When you become an international, it's another milestone. There are prospects. The demands are higher. Warren, for example, gets a lot of media exposure. If I call him up, it's not to make a fashion statement.

When I select someone, it's because I'm convinced they have the potential to stay with us. Sometimes it takes a bit more time.'
Zaire-Emery' start makes him the youngest player to be part of a France squad since Maurice Gastiger in 1914.
He'll beat the current post war record of Eduardo Camavinga, who made his debut at 17 years, 9 months, 29 days against Croatia in September 2020.
Deschamps men only need two more points to seal their place as one of the five top seeds in the group stage draw, and after Gibraltar play Greece on Tuesday.
