Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is hopeful Manchester United's injured players will recover for the Premier League fixture at Bournemouth on Saturday.
Matchwinner Marcus Rashford was withdrawn late on for Ashley Young and appeared to indicate a problem with his knee but did not require any further assistance and took his place on the bench.
Defender Brandon Williams soon appeared to signal that captain Harry Maguire needed to be replaced but the centre half played on since United had made all three substitutions.
"We're playing football, it's not basketball," Solskjaer said when asked by MUTV about Rashford and Maguire. "Some of them are sore but you should be absolutely down on your knees, because it's worth it.
"But they're quick healers and hopefully they'll be ready for Saturday."
