The latest name linked with a switch is Lyon's Bradley Barcola, who could be available this summer in a similar price range to Olise's £35million release clause. It would be yet another move for a promising talent from Ligue 1 that would join Chelsea's ranks over the transfer window.

Barcola is a 20-year-old French youth international who is capable of playing on the left and right of a forward line as well as up front. The youngster came through the Lyon ranks, making his debut in the 2021/22 season with 11 Ligue 1 appearances and two in the Europa League.
Last season saw him push on, making 26 league appearances with five goals and nine assists that ranks him at nearly one goal involvement for every 90 minutes he completed. The winger has three-years remaining on his current deal and has already made one appearance for Lyon this campaign, playing the full match against Strasbourg.
It remains to be seen whether he will make the switch to Chelsea in the summer transfer window, but the Blues may face competition from PSG, who have reportedly already had a bid rejected.
