Harry Winks has admitted confidence is in short supply at Tottenham and says Mauricio Pochettino's players must not hide during a pivotal week for the troubled club.
Winks described the visit of the Serbian champions as a “must-win” match and urged his team-mates to relish the pressure of turning around their dismal run.
“It's a big week, a massive game tomorrow, but that's part and parcel for playing for Tottenham,” Winks told Standard Sport.
“Rather than hiding, we need to relish these games, roll our sleeves up, go for it and try to get back to winning ways. We can always handle the pressure.
“We need to find a way of picking up results, even if it is just grinding them out without playing free-flowing football.
"We're not as confident as we want to be, but everyone's fighting for the cause. Tomorrow is a must-win.
"Every game is a must-win for us now, because we need to start getting points in all competitions. We need to start off well, get the three points and build from there.
“We've got Liverpool in the next [League] game but, hopefully, we can start to piece together a bit of a run. It's going to be another difficult game - there are no easy games nowadays - and we're going to go full throttle to try to get the win.
"If we get a win there, that should breed some confidence and, hopefully, we'll get that winning feeling around the dressing room again.”
