HE’S ALREADY notched on the pitch - now Nick Woltemade is looking to score off it in Newcastle.

It was love at first sight for the Toon Army on Saturday after the £69m striker’s debut goal against Wolves.

The 6ft 6in German international needed less than half an hour to capture the hearts of the Geordie faithful by heading home Jacob Murphy’s cross to seal a first win of the season.
Now the 23-year-old is looking to build on that fairytale start by meeting his dream girl.
Romantic Woltemade put the ladies of Tyneside on notice when revealing how one of his pals has moved in with him in order to help him settle in England.
He said: “My friends are over here in England with me. I get good support from them.
“One of them has even moved in with me. We are very good buddies.
“We always used to joke and say that, if I ever made a move abroad, then we would go over together.
“Neither of us has a girlfriend right now. So we're both pretty much free.”
While he is free, single and ready to mingle in his new surroundings, Woltemade already revealed how he’s developing a close relationship with a special someone.

And the hotshot, who hit 18 goals for Stuttgart last term, is loving life learning under Eddie Howe.
He said: “He gives me a good feeling. I have one-to-one conversations with him every day.
“They are mostly about matters that have nothing to do with football, such as my house move or how my family are doing.
“There is a very nice workplace culture over here.”
It’s been something of a whirlwind romance already for Woltemade and it’s showing no signs of slowing down.
Next up is a Champions League opener against Barcelona at home on Thursday.
He added: “Such a nice game. It's my first Champions League game here at St. James’ Park against Barcelona. I guess it can't be better. I'm really looking forward to it.
“Now I want to keep going and try my best every game. If the goals come, of course I'm really happy about it.”
