Barcelona have confirmed the signing of Rapid Vienna midfielder Yusuf Demir.
Barça is paying €500,000 for the operation and holds a non-mandatory option to purchase for €10m.
This weekend, Demir will take his medical and fitness tests along with nine other Barça B players and will start training with the first team on Monday for the 2021/22 season.
Demir (2 June 2003) is an 18-year-old Austrian who has been in the Rapid senior team for two seasons, playing 31 games and scoring six goals. He has also debuted for the senior national team.
Demir is a top quality left-footer who can play all across the attack, mainly on the wing or in the middle.
