Wilfried Zaha admitted he was delighted to earn a draw for Crystal Palace against rivals Brighton in their Premier League clash.

Neal Maupay had put the visitors ahead in the 54th minute, but Zaha produced a moment of magic to level the game.

The Eagles have been beset by injuries, particularly in defence, but are now ninth in the table - just three points off fifth-placed Tottenham.

Zaha: 'Today's a big game. I'm just glad we managed to get back in it. If you can't win it, don't lose.

'I was so overjoyed I managed to get the goal for the team because we worked so hard. We've got a good run going so I'm happy.

'We barely had the ball so even attacks we were too tired to do anything.

'Each goal is massive because this is a big game over time there's been more important goals but every goal is important.

'We didn't have the best first half but second half we pushed on, we pressed them and we deserved at least a point.

'It's been hard with the injuries but the gaffer's managed to do well.'
