Morata will represent Atletico to play in Kick COVID FIFA20 Tournament, which is organized by La Liga North America, Uninterrupted and the Women's International Champions Cups.
Morata will team up with NFL player Chad Johnson, which is a former Cincinnati Bengals player whom Atleti met last year during the Atleti Summer Tour.
The competition will start on April 25, when the quarterfinals will start.
On April 26, semis and the final will be played.
There would be 8 mixed teams (one player from La Liga and another player form the NFL, NBA or NWSL) and the qualifying rounds will be two games that will last between 12 and 15 minutes.
Matches will start from 7 pm to 11:30 pm (CET).
The funds raised from this tournament will help victims of COVID19 in the US and Spain.
Also, Real Madrid legend Fernando Morientes, Real Betis star Borja Iglesias, Seville star Munir Hadaddi, Valencia player Jose Luis Gaya, Villarreal star Pau Torres, Getafe star Allan Nyom and Real Sociedad star Alexander Isak will represent La Liga.
NBA stars (Atlanta Hawks) Clint Capela and John Collins and (Charlotte Hornets) Willy Hernangomez and NFL stars Arizona Cardinals (DeAndreHopkins), Cincinatti Bengals (Chad Johnson) and Las Vegas Raiders (Damarious Randall), USWNT star Allie Long and freestyler Lisa Zimouche will be involved.
