Having been charged with rape and now being under legal supervision, PSG right-back Achraf Hakimi (24) is allowed to leave France, and can therefore play against Bayern Munich, according to RMC Sport.

The outlet reports that the Moroccan international’s legal supervision forbids from making contact with the alleged victim, but does not mention any ban from leaving the country. Hakimi is accused by a 24-year-old woman of rape, and the alleged events took place last Saturday after she had come to his home in Boulogne-Billancourt, the suburb immediately to the west of Paris and close to the Parc des Princes. She went to a police station the day after, explaining that she did not want to press charges. The police officer on duty is said to have immediately notified his superiors at both local and regional police headquarters due to the severity of the allegations. Hakimi has denied all the allegations, while his lawyer told L’Équipe that her client is the subject of attempted racketeering.

In today’s injury update, PSG announced that Hakimi had returned to full training this Friday morning and is on course to be available to play against Bayern next Wednesday. PSG head coach Christophe Galtier assessed that the former Real Madrid and Inter Milan player won’t feature against Nantes for matchday 26 of Ligue 1 this Saturday.
