The agent of Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson admits a move to AC Milan was close.
Jackson left Villarreal for Chelsea at the beginning of the summer market.
“He did well at Villarreal and many different offers came in," agent Diomansy Kamara told USCatanzaroCalcioNews.it.
“We were close to signing for Milan, but then Chelsea came along and we went there instead."
Jackson scored 13 goals and had five assists in 38 games for Villarreal last term.
